Who We Are
Our core strength is manufacturing wooden pallets for industrial use. We design and produce two-way and four-way pallets, EPAL-type export pallets, heavy-duty pallets for warehousing, drum pallets, cold-storage pallets and pharmaceutical pallets tailored to each customer’s load, handling and storage requirements. Every pallet is engineered for real working conditions — forklift handling, racking, container stuffing and repeated reuse — so that your products move safely while optimizing transport and logistics cost.

Hemant Wooden Packaging provides ISPM-15 heat treatment, wooden pallet heat treatment, wooden box fumigation, container fumigation and complete fumigation certificates for wooden packaging. Onsite Packing, Lashing & Chocking
For heavy equipment and project cargo, we provide onsite packing, lashing and chocking services at factories, warehouses and ports. Our technicians build wooden saddles, skids and base frames, apply VCI and protective packing, and secure cargo inside containers or on trailers with heavy-duty lashing and chocking designed for road and sea transport.
Each project is planned around centre of gravity, lifting points and route conditions so that machinery and critical components reach their destination safely.
